Digital & Promotional Officer

With services across Early Learning and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), we are proud to deliver high-quality, values-led education and care in partnership with families and schools.
We’re looking for a creative, driven and digitally savvy Digital & Promotional Officer to help bring our story to life and support the growth of our services.
About the role
As our Digital & Promotional Officer, you will play a key role in shaping how families discover and engage with SCECS. Through impactful digital campaigns, engaging content and local marketing initiatives, you will help drive enrolments, strengthen our brand and support service sustainability.
Working closely with Centre Directors, OSHC Coordinators and our Head Office team, you will deliver campaigns that are both strategic and hands-on, combining creativity with data-driven insights.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns across social, web and paid channels
- Manage and optimise website content to ensure a contemporary, user-friendly experience
- Create compelling content that connects with families and communities
- Support the launch of new services through targeted marketing initiatives
- Coordinate local area marketing and community engagement activities
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve outcomes
- Manage social media channels and content calendars
- Support events including Open Days and school community activations
About you
You are a strong communicator and creative thinker who enjoys working across multiple projects. You bring both ideas and execution, and are confident using digital tools to deliver measurable results.
You will have:
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign delivery
- Strong skills across platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta and LinkedIn
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights into action
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Experience in the education or childcare sector is highly regarded.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Working With Children Check
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
